TECHNICAL COATINGS COMPLIANT WITH THE MOCA REGULATIONS FOR COMPONENTS IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH FOODS

Our PVD coatings are certified for suitable for food contact in line with Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004.
Coatings like TiN are applied to protect components used for food production and reduce the risk of contamination of the processed materials. We offer our coatings as alternatives to treatments that have proven to be harmful to health, like galvanic chrome plating or Teflon coating, while also providing superior performance as regards increased fatigue strength and reduced component wear, extending the useful life of components.

Our coatings give components the following advantages:

		Reduced frictional coefficient for components that operate with sliding actions.
		A high surface finish that induces a releasing effect and reduces accumulation of residues, thanks to the combined effect of the smooth finish and surface purity.
