PRODUCTION CYCLE
ACCEPTANCE CHECK
The first stage in our process is a full check of all the components to be treated. During selection we apply the guidelines agreed with the customer and share our reports on the condition of items when necessary.
POSITIONING ON SPECIAL SUPPORTS
The items are carefully positioned on special support structures for automatic loading onto the subsequent production line.
SURFACE WASHING AND ACTIVATION
To ensure good surface activation, the items are inserted into our Industry 4.0 interconnected automatic washing procedure. A series of baths with specially designed formulations and in-line drying kilns prepare the items for coating. The interconnectivity of the process means that every item is traceable and all information on the management of this stage can be recorded.
PVD AND PACVD COATING
Depending on the treatment required, the items are processed in one of our seven automatic coating machines. All our coating machines are Industry 4.0 interconnected in order to monitor and control every batch from the beginning to the end of the process.
FINISHED QUALITY CHECKS
Our highly qualified staff check 100% of items both visually and with instrumental tests. The operators check the aesthetic quality and technical characteristics of the product in line with the specifications agreed with the customer.
PACKING AND DELIVERY
All items are packed according to the customer's requirements. We also offer a dedicated packaging service using materials provided by the customer and according to the required criteria.
